The annual audited financial statements prepared under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles must be submitted at the Malta Business Registry annually. Despite being a statutory requirement, the overall purpose of a financial audit is to enhance the degree of confidence of intended users in the Company’s financial statements.

Acknowledging the importance of meeting the audit requirements in Malta, Zampa Partners audit team focuses on highlighting weaknesses and making recommendations for improvement while ensuring complete integrity and impartiality.

In today’s economic and business environment, the performance of a financial audit has never been more important. We strive to ensure audit quality to meet the financial statements users’ expectations.
