From Funds to FinTech: The VAT Implications of Evolving Financial Services Models

The VAT treatment of financial services is facing increased complexity. Evolving business models and the growing presence of digital platforms are forcing a rethink of long-established VAT positions. From traditional fund management structures to embedded finance and decentralised payment solutions, the rules are being tested, and the consequences are significant.

This conference will focus exclusively on the intersection of VAT and financial services. It will bring together VAT advisors, FS industry stakeholders, and international experts to examine how exemptions are being interpreted, what risks are emerging, and how businesses can manage the regulatory and practical challenges that lie ahead.

We have already confirmed a line-up of international speakers, and we are currently working to finalise a robust agenda that reflects both the technical developments and the strategic implications for the industry.

This is an afternoon event, registrations open at 12:00pm.
