This session is a continuation of our previous webinar on understanding collective investment schemes and their key business processes, which was delivered in October 2025. In this follow-up session, we will be focusing on the audit procedures required to ensure audit risk is mitigated to the best of our ability. Key topics include:
- Linking Business Processes to Audit Risks – how operational flows impact audit planning.
- Designing Effective Audit Procedures – approaches for testing of financial assets, subscriptions/redemptions, expenses and bank.
- Compliance - the auditors' responsibilities with respect to the review of compliance documentation
This webinar is ideal for auditors looking to deepen their understanding of audit execution for investment funds. It could also be helpful to fund administrators who wish to grasp a better understanding of what auditors expect during the audit process.
