The first session will delve into the basic principles surrounding corporate tax compliance in Malta, particularly income subject to tax, deductions, and exemptions.In part 2, we will delve into the tax payment and refund mechanism which is then contrasted with the application of fiscal consolidation for group companies in Malta.
