We’re currently looking for an Operations Senior Executive to join our team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting in project coordination to ensure timely and efficient delivery of objectives including the implementation and maintaining of Scoro.
- Streamlining internal processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Preparing and analysing reports to support decision making.
- Handling / overseeing the process of fee proposals accurately and promptly, in line with company standards.
- Delivering periodic proposals status / updates to management and partners.
- Overseeing the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and contributing to establishing new ones as required.
- Overseeing the premises in general including front office.
- Mentoring operations’ employees of a more junior level.
- Supporting with ad hoc matters, administrative tasks and deadlines as required.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Previous experience within a similar position.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
