Zampa Partners is a business advisory firm and we’re looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Immigration Specialist to lead and manage advisory services related to Malta’s residency schemes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing this service line, ensuring compliance, and providing tailored solutions to clients seeking residency options in Malta.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advise clients on Malta’s residency and citizenship schemes, including the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP), the Global Residence Programme (GRP) the Nomad Programme, and others.
- Assess clients’ eligibility and provide holistic guidance throughout the application process.
- Handle and oversee the preparation and submission of residency applications.
- Liaise with government entities such as Residency Malta Agency and Identity Malta to ensure timely approvals.
- Stay updated on changes in Maltese residency laws and schemes and ensure all applications comply with Maltese immigration laws and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the immigration service line.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote residency services through seminars, webinars, and other channels.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Education, Skills, and Requirements:
- A degree in Law, Accountancy, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in immigration consultancy or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Maltese residency schemes and immigration laws.
