Audit Team Leader

Zampa Partners is looking for an Audit Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the audit directors and leaders with managing a portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Cultivate positive and professional relationships with clients throughout the audit process. Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and feedback, demonstrating responsiveness and attentiveness to their needs.
  • Directing, coaching and mentoring audit team in effectively delivering engagements.
  • Plan audits and review their execution
  • Encourage open communication, collaboration and teamwork among team members.
  • Performance reviews of junior audit staff.

Education, Skills, and Requirements

  • University degree / ACCA qualified.
  • 3-4 years’ work experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience being responsible for a team.
