Michaela Conti

Michaela is an internal auditor at Zampa Partners. She initially started her journey in 2020 with a Big-4 audit firm, mainly focusing on the audits of insurance and re-insurance companies. In August 2022, Michaela joined the audit team within Zampa Partners, and was engaged on audits within varies industries, including retail, aircraft chartering, investment companies and gaming. She was also engaged with aiding the Technical and Quality team within the Company, ensuring that the audit team is kept abreast of latest news and updates in the field of audit.

In early 2024, Michaela transitioned from the external audit department to join the internal audit team as a senior, working across diverse industries including e-money institutions, gaming companies, payment service providers, and investment advisory firms.

As a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, Michaela combines technical expertise with a passion for helping businesses strengthen their governance and control environments, and for adding value through insightful, risk-based audits — always driven by a growth mindset, a commitment to quality, and continuous improvement.
