Michael Agius-Vadala

Michael Agius-Vadala` is a Partner at Zampa Partners, leading the firm’s Corporate Services and Internal Finance teams. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 2013, Michael brings extensive expertise in corporate structuring, financial management, and compliance.

In 2017, he co-founded Mint Finance, an accounting and advisory firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions. Following a successful merger with Zampa Partners in 2022, Michael has remained committed to helping both businesses and employees thrive by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

With a passion for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, Michael continuously seeks innovative solutions to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
