Bernard Muscat

Bernard Muscat is an ACCA Qualified Accountant, a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA), and holds a Degree in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation. Bernard joined Zampa Partners in 2025 and now forms part of the VAT team as a VAT Associate, supporting clients with their VAT compliance and advisory needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Bernard spent over eight years working in the financial services industry, where he was part of the Accounts department of a licensed financial institution. This experience has provided him with valuable insights into the financial services sector and enables him to combine his technical knowledge with a practical and commercially focused approach when assisting clients with their VAT-related matters.
