Lisa graduated from the University of Malta after completing the Master in Accountancy Degree with a Distinction. She joined Zampa Partners in 2018, forming part of the Accounting Advisory team. Lisa gained experience on both local and international clients in various industries, including retail, yachting and construction. She specialises in financial reporting in both IFRS and local framework (GAPSME).

Kris is a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor specialising in assurance services and international financial reporting standards.
Kris graduated from the University of Malta after completing the Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree. Following four years as an audit senior at a medium-sized audit and accountancy firm, Kris joined Zampa Partners, a boutique accounting and assurance firm primarily focused on international business, managing the audit function.
Throughout his work experience he was exposed to assurance assignments on wealth management, pension funds, gaming companies, shipping, manufacturing and retail. In 2021, he was appointed a Partner at Zampa Partners.
Kris also read for the Diploma in International Financial Reporting and is a lecturer of Corporate Reporting at the advance stages of the ACCA course.

Rosann graduated in Accounting in 2009 and obtained her ACCA qualification in 2018. Prior to joining Zampa Partners in 2017, she had worked as a Senior Accounts Clerk at a private company for 5 years. Currently, Rosann is leading the advisory operations of the company and lecturing at our Academy.

Daniel Galea is a CPA and Registered Auditor. Daniel began his career through an ACCA program at a big-four firm where he went on to hold various roles over a thirteen-year tenure. His experience ranges from Audit & Assurance, Corporate Services & Company Accounting, Technical Accounting and Digital Transformation. Daniel was also an active member of several internal committees.

Over the past few years, Daniel has taken a keen interest in and become active in the data space with a focus on digital transformation for businesses and the profession and is currently the Digital Consulting Leader at Zampa Partners.

Janis joined Zampa Partners in December 2018 (formerly Mint Finance prior to merger on 1 January 2022) and is an Assurance Manager within the audit team.
She is a qualified accountant and auditor, having graduated from the University of Malta in 2010 after completing her Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree. She has over 5 years’ experience within the financial services industry, with her career initially kicked off within a Big 4 audit firm. Her work experience involved a number of overseas appointments within the U.S.A and Australia, enabling Janis to expand her knowledge base within the financial services sector. Janis eventually moved on to an accounting role within a corporate service provider, where she managed the accounting for a portfolio of clients from various industries.
She now heads the technical and quality related aspects within the audit function of Zampa Partners, with particular focus on audit quality and methodology.

Sarah Mercieca Gambin is a Director at Zampa Partners, bringing over 13 years of expertise in financial auditing, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, she has led audit teams across diverse industries, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

In her current role, Sarah manages complex audit engagements, guiding clients through financial and operational risks while upholding industry standards and regulatory requirements. Recognised for her meticulous auditing approach, strong leadership, and strategic insights, she plays a key role in enhancing organisational efficiency and governance.

Sarah is ACCA qualified, a certified public accountant, and a registered auditor. Passionate about professional development, she actively mentors aspiring auditors and contributes to industry conferences and training programs.

Claude Coleiro is a Team Leader within the audit team at Zampa Partners. He is ACCA qualified and a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA).

With over five years of experience in the audit field, Claude has led and supported audit engagements across a variety of industries, including gaming, retail, pharmaceutical, and yachting. His broad industry exposure enables him to provide clients with practical, insight-driven solutions.

Claude is committed to technical excellence and is also passionate about regulatory compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) considerations, staying actively engaged in regulatory developments to help clients meet increasingly complex compliance requirements.

Driven by ambition and a commitment to continuous growth, Claude finds great satisfaction in mentoring aspiring professionals and contributing to a culture of learning, integrity, and excellence within the firm.

Sera graduated from the University of Malta in 2022 after completing the Master in Accountancy Degree. She joined Zampa Partners in November 2023 and is a Senior Auditor within the Audit Department. Sera has gained experience on both local and international clients operating within various industries.

Patty joined Zampa Partners in November 2020 (formerly Mint Finance prior to merger on 1 January 2022) and is the Corporate Services Leader.

She is a qualified accountant and auditor, having obtained her ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2017. Having started her career with a Big 4 audit firm back in 2014, she has over has over 8 years’ experience working in the Audit Department, having also done 2 overseas secondments in both Guernsey, UK and Baltimore, USA.

In January 2023, Patty made the change from Audit to Corporate where she now manages the firm's Liquidations Department and also has the role of Compliance Officer for our licensed CSP company.

Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor, specializing mainly in client accounting and business advisory services.
Mark graduated from the University of Malta after completing the Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree back in 2010.
He spent seven years working within the tax and audit service lines within one of the Big 4 audit firms in Malta. In 2017, Mark co-founded Mint Finance, an accounting and audit firm which eventually merged with Zampa Partners on 1st January 2022.
Throughout his career, Mark has advised several clients operating in various industries, both locally and abroad.
Mark also lectured the tax module of ACCA in recent years.

Mattia Dalli Bellia specialises in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters. After earning a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Earth Systems from the University of Malta in 2023, Mattia joined Zampa Partners as an ESG Researcher.
In this role, Mattia conducts regulatory research, analyses industries, performs materiality assessments, develops ESG strategies, writes articles, and offers advice on ESG issues to clients. He actively contributes to the industry by conducting webinar sessions on various ESG topics, including European Sustainability Reporting Standards, European regulations, and materiality assessments.

Greg has been providing internal audit, IT audit and business process re-engineering, and consultation services to regulated entities for a decade. His consultation activity mainly focuses on MiFID2 and FIU Compliance, IT integration, CSDR, and Shareholder Rights Directive-related areas. He managed complex IT projects regarding payment and trading tools in the investment and finance industry.
Greg has also a robust Internal Audit, Risk and project management, and IT coordinator background. The experience he gathered over the past 15 years in several functions is relevant and beneficial to overseeing IT systems and the ongoing requirement to implement adequate internal audit and risk management processes.
He also a recognised person by MFSA and MGA - with Key Person Certificate - as an internal auditor, as well as a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and ISACA.

Michaela graduated from the University of Malta with a Masters in Accountancy, and became a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants in 2020.

She started her journey with a Big-4 audit firm, mainly focusing on the audits of insurance and re-insurance companies. In August 2022, Michaela joined the audit team within Zampa Partners, and was engaged on audits within varies industries, including retail, aircraft chartering, investment companies and gaming. She was also engaged with aiding the Technical and Quality team within the Company, ensuring that the audit team is kept abreast of latest news and updates in the field of audit.

In 2024, Michaela transitioned from the external audit department to join the internal audit team as a senior, working across diverse industries such as e-money institutions, gaming companies, payment service providers, and investment advisory firms.

Izhar graduated from the University of Mauritius, in 2023, with a Bachelor in Banking and Finance.

Izhar has multi-lingual abilities; Besides the Mauritian Creole, he speaks 3 languages fluently, namely English, French and Urdu. He also participated in the Model United Nations Competition, in 2017, where he represented Belgium as delegate.

He started his journey with a Big-4 audit firm, mainly focusing on the audits of EU funded Projects, particularly, in African regions. Also, he was involved in auditing the Procurement of medical equipment received by the Ministry of Health and Wellness of Mauritius during the Covid-19 Pandemic, from other donors. In November 2024, Izhar joined the internal audit team within Zampa Partners, and was engaged on audits within varies industries, such as e-money institutions, gaming companies, payment service providers, and investment advisory firms.

Zoltan graduated in 2018 in Hungary with a degree in Law Enforcement and began his career as a crime investigator. This role helped him cultivate a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, which led to his promotion to one of Hungary’s national security services. There, Zoltan further developed his leadership skills and gained a deep understanding of security from both a strategic and operational perspective.

With a long-standing passion for technology, Zoltan transitioned into cybersecurity, starting as a junior cybersecurity professional and later advancing to the role of Information Security Specialist at Deutsche Telekom, one of Europe’s leading telecommunications companies.

In 2024, drawn by the Maltese lifestyle, Zoltan joined Zampa Partners remotely, and in 2025, he relocated to Malta to work in person within the firm’s internal audit team. His background and technical expertise have played a key role in the team’s growth, particularly in expanding the firm's service offering to include IT-focused solutions such as virtual CISO services, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.

Michelle is the HR Team Leader at Zampa Partners and has been working with the firm for the past 3 years. She graduated with an MSc. in Human Resources Management and has been working within the HR Function for the past 5 years.

Maria has been working within the HR and Recruitment Function for the past 2 years and is has obtained an MSc. in Human Resources and Management.

Markita is a Certified Public Accountant specialised in direct taxation and corporate services. Before joining Zampa Partners, Markita worked with a medium sized audit firm for just over a year and with Deloitte for more than 6 years.
She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has been specialising in direct taxation since 2015. She has vast experience in corporate tax compliance, setting up of companies in Malta and domestic and international tax advisory matters. Markita is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and in 2017 she also became a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation after successfully obtaining Professional Certificate in Taxation.

Kristina joined Zampa Partners in September 2024 and is a Tax Compliance Team Leader in our Tax Department.
She is a qualified accountant, specialising in taxation of corporate tax law. Having started her career with a Big 4 audit firm back in 2011, she has over has over 8 years’ experience working in the Tax Department, having also done an overseas secondments in Chicago, USA. Kristina also has over 6 years experience as the Financial Controller of a entity within the construction industry.

She has also successfully completed the Diploma in Taxation offered by the Malta Institute of Taxation. Kristina specialises in corporate income tax, whereby she provides tax compliance services to local and international corporate clients.

Clyde joined Zampa Partners as a Senior Tax Specialist in September 2024, bringing over five years of expertise in Direct Taxation. He specialises in corporate/tax restructurings, as well as corporate and personal tax compliance.

Clyde is a qualified accountant, having obtain his ACCA certification in 2022. Subsequently, he furthered his studies in Taxation by successfully completing the MIT Course on Taxation offered by the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Clyde is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Malta Institute of Taxation (MIT).

Brandon Gatt, a Certified Public Accountant in possession of an ACCA degree, has been in the profession for the past five years. He has been involved in VAT and accounting assignments both within and outside of Malta. Brandon has been specialising in VAT since 2016 and is currently leading the VAT Compliance division at Zampa Partners. In a relatively short period, Brandon has acquired the necessary experience vital to handling an ever growing portfolio of diverse clients, operating within various sectors of the economy. Back in June 2017, he attended an intensive course in France, provided by VAT Forum; a partnership of International VAT experts, where he was provided with intensive training on the Articles of the EU VAT directive 2006/112/EC. Brandon also provides in-house training to established companies within and outside Malta, and is also a lecturer for the ‘Certificate in TAX Compliance’ being offered by the Malta Institute of Taxation. He is also a lecturer with our Academy and also lectures the ACCA Advanced Taxation (P6-VAT)

Christabel is an ACCA Qualified Accountant who has been working at Zampa Partners for over seven years and has been specialising in VAT for over five years. She currently holds the role of VAT Leader and is responsible for the VAT Compliance Division of the firm. She also forms part of the management team of the firm with a particular focus on quality at large.
Christabel, has gained her technical experience lecturing through our Academy and other external institutions. She is currently reading for the EU VAT Expert Degree, a degree awarded by VAT Forum, a partnership of international VAT experts registered in Belgium.

Valentina Bruno graduated from the University of Malta after completing a Master of Advocacy. She joined Zampa Partners in 2021 and forms part of the VAT team as a VAT Specialist.

Eduard Sorin Maxim, is currently in final stages of completing his ACCA studies. He joined Zampa Partners in 2017 and since then, he has been involved in complex VAT assignments for both, local and international clients operating within various industries. He currently holds the role of a VAT specialist within the VAT Compliance division at Zampa Partners.
